Insurance
Harvard provides a broad, flexible package of benefits to protect your health and financial security and that of your family, including a choice of medical and dental plans, short-term disability coverage, and reasonably priced life and long-term disability insurance.

Paid Time Off
Harvard offers a generous amount of paid time off, including three to four weeks of vacation and 12 sick days per year, which begin accruing on the first day of employment; 11 ½ paid holidays; and three nonaccrual personal days per calendar year, prorated based on date of hire.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Harvard University offers an employee assistance program at no additional cost to the employee.  EAP provides the employee with 24/7 service for confidential help with personal, family, and work-related issues or concerns.
