The Office of Human Resources provides a range of employment-related services to the School and its community and connects our members to various resources and services available across Harvard. We support the School’s education, research, and clinical care missions and help our talented and innovative faculty, staff, research fellows, and appointees do their best work while at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. We are also committed to developing and maintaining a vibrant workforce that maximizes our collective talents and fosters a broader spectrum of thinking that allows for innovation.

Human Resources oversees all facets of employment, faculty services, compensation, benefits, employee training and development, and employee and labor relations. We are a resource to our employees and appointees and serve as a strategic partner to our departments and the School.
