  • Medical and Immunization History
  • Gap Health Insurance request
  • Visa Documents (for international students)
  • Photo Release Form
June 15
  • Official Final Transcripts 
 July 1

  • Day 1: HSDM Orientation and Registration – Attendance Mandatory

    (Bring a government photo ID/passport and completed CORI form)

 July 2 & 3

  • Day 2 & 3: HSDM Orientation – Attendance Mandatory

July 8 to July 19

  • Graduate Head and Neck Anatomy course (all degree programs except for Dental Public Health, Research Academy, and Dental Education)
July 31
  • Deadline to waive Harvard University Student Health Insurance Plan for Fall (if eligible)
  • Deadline to complete e-learning modules
