Lina C. Fellah joined the Department of Oral Medicine, Infection, and Immunity (OMII) at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in December 2023 as a Research Associate. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in 2021 and her Master of Science in 2023 at the University of Poitiers, France, and Radboud University, Netherlands.   

Lina first came to Boston for a six-month internship at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where she gained valuable research experience before joining Dr. Lakmali M. Silva’s lab.   

At HSDM, Lina’s research focuses on the role of hemostatic factors in mucosal immunopathology in periodontal disease, utilizing a combination of in vitro and in vivo experiments as well as bioinformatics analysis.
