Abstract: This course will introduce current trends and future directions in oral medicine, ranging from emerging technologies and techniques, pharmacologic advances, and evidence-based practice. Participants will see real-world patient cases to practice diganostic skills and management strategies.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the latest research, technologies, and methodologies in patients presenting with oral diseases
- Improve in diagnosing and managing a variety of oral mucosal diseases, orofacial pain conditions, oral cancer, and sleep apnea
- Collaborate with oral medicine specialists and other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
Tuition: $375/3.75 ADA CERP credit hours ($99 Student Registration)
