Dr. Armando Pardo
Dr. Armando Pardo attended HSDM as an advance standing student, a program for educators, obtaining his DMD in 2015. He returned to HSDM to become an Instructor in Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials, and senior tutor.
He has a BDS from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art. He has been working as a general dentist in Barcelona, Spain for 12 years where he focused his practice in comprehensive dentistry providing all dental services. He obtained a certification in Implant Dentistry by the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya and achieved a recognition award from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is currently member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), and Col·legi Oficial d'Odontòlegs i Estomatòlegs de Catalunya, Spain (COEC).
Dr. Pardo is interested in art and science as two disciplines closely related in dentistry. He is focused in all aspects of dental education and is the director of several courses in the DMD integrated curriculum. He is a liaison for the Commission for Change and Innovation at American Dental Education Association (ADEA).
