Abstract: This presentation will provide an interactive overview of color science, as well as explore the basics of spectrophotometry, dental color measurement, and current and future research areas utilizing these technologies.

Learning Objectives: 

1. To understand the basics of color science, color spaces, and color measurement/spectrophotometry
2. To understand the current methods of dental color acquisition, communication, and replication
3. To appreciate current and future areas of dental research using these techniques and technologies
