Location:

Zoom

The Forsyth Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Committee  will host a brainstorming session with Dr. Courtney McCluney, assistant professor of Organizational Behavior at Cornell University and co-author of the 2020 Article in Harvard Business Review “White Coats, Black Scientists." She is a highly requested thought leader on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a unique focus on practices in organizations that maintain systemic racism and other inequities. She strives to cultivate equitable systems and promoting wellness and belonging for marginalized groups in the workplace. We are excited to have Dr. McCluney facilitate a 90-minute interactive presentation and brainstorming session with the entire Forsyth community — 20 minutes on history and awareness of racial inequity in Dentistry, and 70 minutes visioning session on leveraging DEIB for Organizational Change at Forsyth.
