COMBATING COVID-19 AND FUTURE EPIDEMICS

Hear from HMS faculty working with the Massachusetts Consortium on Pathogen Readiness (MassCPR), which is convening clinicians and scientists to address the immediate challenges of the current global pandemic and to create a rapid-response system to deal with future outbreaks. This collaborative approach—currently encompassing over 150 scientists across five universities and institutes—focuses on six key areas: epidemiology, diagnostics, pathogenesis, clinical disease management, treatment, and vaccines.
