The Harvard School of Dental Medicine’s leadership series brings you our new CE course entitled “Essentials for the Modern Dental Leader,” taking place at the HSDM campus in Boston MA on May 2-4, 2016 for 18 CE credit hours. This course is hosted by the Department of Oral Health Policy and Epidemiology.
This opportunity will bring today’s dental leaders together to explore the meaning and purpose of clinical leadership; to better understand the knowledge, skills, and attributes required for effective leadership in dental organizations of all sizes and ambitions, as well as to assess others for leadership potential; to gain experience in leveraging the skills necessary to meet common challenges with proven techniques in conflict resolution and negotiation; to improve care delivery and practice success; and to gain a more thorough understanding of how to practically approach everyday ethical and legal issues in the dental practice.
