The Harvard Longwood Campus community is helping families in need by participating in the Phillips Brooks House holiday gift drive. The drive will run from Nov. 18 through December 16. The goal is to provide books, games, toys, art supplies and sports equipment to children in need. Faculty, staff and students are invited to donate new, unopened gifts for children of preschool through high-school age.
The Harvard Longwood Campus community will be hosting a food drive starting on Nov. 7 and running through Nov. 18. Well-marked donation boxes will be located throughout the three Longwood Campus schools. The boxes will be collected on the last day of the food drive.

The special Grand Rounds panel discussion "Local Efforts to Combat the Opioid Epidemic," led by U.S. Surgeon General Vivek H. Murthy, is full and there are no longer seats available.
