Junhyck Caleb Kim, DDS, MMSc
Dr. Junhyck Kim was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. After moving to the United States at the age of 15, he attended Northwestern University as an undergraduate and received a master of science degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine with election to the honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon, and received recognition of Divisional Excellence in Prosthodontics and the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award. Subsequently, he received a certificate of advanced graduate study in prosthodontics and a Master of Medical Science degree in oral biology from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and was a recipient of the prestigious Joseph L Henry Award. Upon completion of his specialty training, he joined the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials Sciences at HSDM, and is currently Senior Tutor for the Peabody Society.
Fields of Interest
Dr. Kim’s research interests include the application of CAD/CAM technology in full-mouth rehabilitation and outcomes of dental implant therapy.
